Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We ship within the U.S. via USPS Ground. Outside the U.S.? Email pooppac@icloud.com and we'll quote you a rate.
• Orders usually ship within 3 days, except weekends and holidays.
• Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total: $5.00 on orders up to $10, $8.50 on orders from $10.01 to $50, and $12.50 on orders over $50.
• PayPal adds shipping at checkout once it has your delivery address.
• Delivery estimates start once USPS has your package.
• International customers may owe local sales tax or customs duty. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Backorders

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you right away with your options. If it's sold out, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

Returns & exchanges

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, but we're happy to exchange your item.
• Not 100% happy? Email us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we'll exchange it for an item of the same price.
• One exchange per order. Items must be in original condition and reach us within 30 days of your original order.
• You pay return shipping. We pay to ship your exchange back to you, once we receive your return.
• Returns sent without contacting us first may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• Our mistake? If we sent the wrong item or it's defective, we'll cover shipping both ways.

Terms & Conditions

By ordering from PoopPac, you agree to these terms. They don't affect your statutory rights. No other terms apply unless we agree to them in writing.

Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent's permission to buy from us.

Prices & payment

• The price you pay is the price shown on the day you order.
• Shipping costs and any payment fees are shown before you confirm your purchase.
• Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details, and all payment data is encrypted.
• We accept payment through PayPal. At checkout, PayPal shows you all your payment options, including cards.
• Products remain PoopPac's property until paid for in full.

Changes

We may update prices, product details, specifications and these terms at any time without notice. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably foresee or control. Examples include natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, supplier problems, government action and war.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. You can browse our website without telling us who you are.

What we collect

• When you join our email list: your email address.
• When you contact us: your name, email and message. We may keep a record of our conversation.
• When you order: the details needed to process and ship your order. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
• Website visits: our website host, Netlify, keeps standard server records, such as pages visited. We don't use any analytics or tracking tools.

How we use it

Only to fulfill your orders, answer your messages, and send you news and offers if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the services needed to run the shop, such as our payment provider, shipping carrier and email service. Our payment provider is PayPal and our shipping carrier is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Email signups are stored through our website host, Netlify.

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. Our PayPal shopping cart uses cookies to remember what's in your cart. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may not work.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email us.

Children

Our website isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
